A Show Garden

Help!
‘We have a small garden that’s overlooked, boring and baking hot in the summer. We love colour, want loads of plants but don’t have time for all the watering.’

Solution:
The new layout provided a good size terrace – sunken for additional privacy and embraced by a generous band of drought resistant planting. The introduction of water and light-canopied trees cooled the air and a carefully positioned free-standing wall provided privacy, storage and winter interest; creating an urban oasis.  

Judges Comments:
Judged the winning garden and praised as being of the same high standards as those required for a Chelsea Flower Show entry.
